Returns & Cancellation Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 21 days of receiving it.
To request a return, please email our customer support team first. Once your request has been approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused.
Be in their original packaging.
Be in a resalable condition.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we will provide a free return label. For all other approved returns, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund or charged separately.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
